Questions we get asked
What happens when the trial ends?
Your workspace becomes read-only until a plan is activated. Nothing is deleted, and your backups stay downloadable from Settings.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from the subscription page. An upgrade takes effect once its prorated invoice is paid; a downgrade applies at the end of the current period.
Are there per-user or per-transaction fees?
No. A plan has a user and branch capacity; inside it there are no extra charges.
What does the on-server licence include?
A perpetual right to run the covered releases, plus a first year of maintenance. If maintenance lapses you keep running what you have, with full access.
Can we move from hosted to our own server?
Yes, in either direction. Our team moves the whole company with the export/import tool, and passwords are reset on the new side.
