Backups and restore

What a backup holds and how to download it
- The nightly backup holds products, customers, suppliers and settings, plus a readable copy of invoices, payments, stock movements and supplier bills.
- The owner can take a backup at any time and download it from Settings → Backups as JSON, Excel or CSV.
- The owner can also download a full company export from the same place: every document, payment and stock movement in one file, the same file we use to move a company between hosted and on-server.

Common questions
Does it work without internet?
For the daily work, yes: sales at the till, customer payments, returns, goods receipts, stock counts and attendance are saved on the device and synced once when the connection returns. Signing in, opening or closing a cash shift, new products or customers, expenses and settings need a connection, and reports show the last copy loaded. The on-server edition runs on your local network with no internet at all.
Is it in Arabic?
Fully — right-to-left layout, Arabic documents and receipts, with an English switch on every screen.
Who owns the data?
You do. A backup of your core records is taken every night and you can download it from Settings, and the owner can download a full company export — every document and movement — from the same place at any time; our team moves it between hosted and on-server on request, or you can run the on-server edition with the database on your own machine.
Does it suit a company with several branches and warehouses?
Yes, that is what it is built for. Each branch has its own warehouses, stock and points of sale; a transfer between warehouses is recorded out of one and into the other at the same moment; and each user sees their own branch according to their role, while head office sees every branch in the reports. Your plan sets how many branches and users you have.
Can we start with a single branch?
Yes. Start with one branch on the smallest plan and turn on what you need; when you open a new branch or warehouse you add it in the settings and upgrade the plan if you go past its capacity, with all your data where it was.
